An explanation of Panda Levels
Panda Levels are what you use to measure Epic Win on the internet. They are emitted from Winful Pictures and Posts.
Something of epic win can be referred to as Quote:
Known Panda Levels of People on MFG are. Madness=1014 TGD=1056 SSJ5Goku=319 Shriogetsu=1027 Ultimate_Gohan=1043 Evil Vegeta=948 Devilz=881 JC #1:-50 (even though he strives to increase his Panda Level his past as a Nikushimi follower has left him in Negative Numbers) Punxx:1#INF Duo:1#INF these are all the Panda Levels that have been Calculated and Collected so far... now factors there is a small number of factors that are known to Affect Panda Levels the ones that are known so far are.. Boobs Factor: it is generally known that any person who has the trait of Boobs plus the Trait of Female has a Panda Level Boost that can be Compared to a Kaioken on DBZ basically this Factor Doubles a person's Panda Level. Fanatic Fanboy Factor:this factor generally applies to someone with a unhealthy obsession over a fictional character (for example Nikushimi's Itachi Obsession.) this factor is known to drop a persons Panda Level by a couple of hundreds usually depending on level of obsession. Now currently there is research being made on a scouter that would help in aquairing a person's Panda Levels but it isn't advanceing fast so it could take a while to deduct someones panda level... Also while the scouter is being Developed i am working on a highly important test that could show an approximation of a persons Panda Level. you can use this thread to disscuse the Effect of Panda Levels on today's Anime/Manga and internet Society.

What were you talking about with me "fallowing" Nikushimi? I just randomly chose him instead of Kei during the rep-war, even though my rep technically doesn't do anything it was just fun. I love my panda level at -50, because it is on the same forum as Halcyon's massive rep.
