The guys said I should chill out and the boss won't do nothing. They've been here for longer than me and they know him better than me. I'm just a little doubtful though, I believe our boss has his limits and I don't want to be the one to tilt them...

Oh well, for the moment it's ok, I'm not on the verge of getting fired. It's all good...at least I hope it is.

You should not
put your job on the line because your friends think he's bluffing. Some bosses can be cool but if they have to be tough for the sake of the business, then they become dead serious.
In a previous Work related thread, you said something about being a number. Well in the fast food trade, it seems that that is unfortunately true. So he can and will sack any disruptive members of staff IMO.

I have not had a job but i've done many work experience i still have all the uniforms they gave me.
