I think you should put this in the lounge.
But with the constructive criticism, I think you should up the weight if you can do 386 reps in a row. =/

Louis, I have been lifting weights since 2005. That is very unhealthy for what your doing. 386 reps of something is way way way too much. You need to break it down into sets like 3 sets of 5 reps. You should lift weights two or three days a week. Example: Lift Monday, Rest Tuesday and Wed., Then Lift Thursday. I highly recommend, doing 3 sets of 5 reps of any exercise.
If your trying to gain muscle mass then use heavier weights with less reps. Example; 20 pounds(If it's heavy enough) 3 sets of 5 reps. Vice versa with trying to get toned(Less weight, more reps; using 8 pounds 3 sets of 15 reps). I recommend these exercises Bench Press(3 sets of 5) Squats(3 sets of 5 reps) Bicep Curls(3 sets of 5 reps) Tricep Dips(3 sets of 5 reps) Ab Crunches(3 sets of 30 reps) |

Resident Trainer has arrived....
If you can do 380+ of anything than you might as well just do aerobics because all your doing is flailing lol! Do a weight that you can handle for 10 - 15 reps. By handle I mean you can get 10 with some strain and you struggle to get the last 2 - 3 finished. Maxxed has some good points as well so take what he says serious if you want to build big muscles. More weight less reps = Big Muscle ex. 40lbs 4 - 8 reps Less weight more reps = Lean Muscle ex. 20lbs 15 - 20 reps

I also have a question, how long does it take for your muscles to grow? And, I don't mean like an inch, just literally, any amount? For example, say I lift some weights one night, the next day I wake up, are they any different?

Go to the gym m8. They will tell what weight is appropriate for you, but I would not advise you to go to gym until you can at least do 10-15 push ups. Its better to firstly practice with your own weight, and later if you want mass increase or clear muscle definition then go to the gym.
Training isn't just for good look and muscless. Its also very important for health...

Thats more than enough. I think you would do well with 30-40kgs on bench.
