Or maybe you should listen to SSJBulma wait a few years, until your spine fully grows, cos I've heard that young people in their body development period may have spine problems if they use weights too much.

I'd say depending on the weight you lift and how many reps you do, it could increase in a matter of a week maybe a little less or a little more.

It really depends on how you lift:

Higher weight, Lower reps= More Muscle Mass

Lower weight, Higher reps= More Muscle structure and definition.

I'd say if you want a super fast improvement in your muscles, use some weighted clothing while your doing push-ups, set-ups, ect. That can boost you in a matter of weeks.

What do you think Akira Toryima was so advanced in personal training that he invented weighted clothing!!! LOL. It's been around for lord knows how long!

Anyway weighted clothing is a bad idea. Also wait until your at least 17 - 18 to start working out with free weights. For now Louis work out on hammer strength machines... you know everything seated so not to aggravate your bone structure and joints. Use cardio machines more than weight training machines at your age.
