The poll options are kinda pointless. I think it will last as long as it has many active users and new users registering. If it doesn't have those, then it will close. I'm not a founder or anything but with basic reasoning why pay each year for hosting and vBulletin when you don't get much in exchange? So if it became inactive and no new users register, I think it would close.
