Default How's your sleep?

Just found something so I figured I'd post it. Does anyone here have some sleep problem? I don't have any major problems, sometimes I just have a hard time falling asleep and then if I wake up in the middle of the night it takes forever to fall back asleep.

I don't have much problem sleeping, but I feel the need to get less sleep. Sleeping is an activity that takes away from the endless hours I spend doing the tedious and pointless activities in life. I'm also torn on when to sleep, since I like the heat of the day, and the darkness of night and I don't want to be groggy from just waking up during either.

Most nights I have terrible restless leg syndrome, but it's only from the stimulates I've pumped myself with.

I find it rediculously hard to fall asleep, but once I do, I can usually sleep through anything. Though, it usually ends up with me feeling like I didn't get any at all.

I don't agree with this 'no alcohol' before sleep, that stuff helps conk out faster.

My sleeping patterns are completely messed up. I do love my sleep I just want to be able to get the reglar nightly hours of it. It's not a medical condition or anything it's just I could be sleeping better than I am.

I sleep for ages. just at the completely wrong times.

Today, for instance, I got up at 4 pm ish.

and i fall asleep at like 5-6 am. I need to rotate my sleep pattern, but its difficult. xD i feel fine as long as i get a good nights/days sleep in me though, no matter what hours i get it in.

I can't sleep more than 8 hours. No matter how tired I am, I always sleep 8 hours. And I can't sleep in moving vehicles if I'm not in horizontal position. This resulted in not sleeping for over 24 hours and having terrible consequences of jetlag after my trip back from Cuba x.x

When I have something to do in the mornings, I often sleep very little.

When I don't have anything to do in the mornings, I often sleep quite much. (10+ hours)

I usually get 6 hours of sleep every night which isn't too great but not that bad either. I'm a major early bird and never sleep past 9am on weekends unless I was out really late, like 1-4am, in those cases I sleep until noon usually.
