The only connection I can draw with the crime there is that the knife crime rate in the UK is also high and it seems Japan is starting to get problems...I've always thought of Japan as the perfect country if there could be such a thing. It just shows that people have mental issues everywhere and some people just can't control themselves. Unfortunately they also don't have to urge to take themselves out of the picture without involving other individuals. Running a truck into a crowd of people is just psychotic. Interesting nevertheless but it still should not have happened. This also illustrates that Japan underestimates security measures.
