So I might need surgery...

Well I haven't been on here for a while and that's because I went to Great Ormond Street hospital (in London). My back aches a lot so I went to the hospital and I have curvage of the spine. I think it's 30 degrees bent or something. Anyway I've got to have a scan in 4 days and if it has a possibility of getting worse then I have to have surgery.

Is it visible from the outside that your back is messed up? Sorry to hear that and if you do have surgery hopefully all goes well.I'm sure it will

It is but it doesn't look as bad if you look at my back. It's bent wierdly making my chest slightly tilted the wrong way. If it gets worse I hear that one side of my chest could push right on out and possibly go through my skin.

All they said is when I stand or sit down I must be straight. I don't need medication. The other good news is that doctor said that it's a minor curvage. Even though when I looked at the X ray it looked really bad.

My friend had this problem... bro I'm sorry for you. If you do get surgery you need a good year to recover... I don't know how much activity is allowed but I know my friend turned to shit over a year. No working out or activities just video games and anime all day every day for a year.
