It's not too active most of the time, and to stict, to have any fun.
It's pretty much just a DBZ news site that has a message board.
The main page is nice but the forum is bad if you want to have fun.

At least that forum isn't filled with retard 12 year olds, like most Dragon Ball forums (such as MFG's!). But yeah, it can be pretty strict.

Daizenshuu EX is alright, it just look less interesting in my opinion, probably because of the lack of activity.

The worst forum that I have ever seen would be the abysmal DBZ Supreme RPG forums. That forum showed me what was the absolute bottom of the barrel, as far as forums go.

The rules were meaningless, as every one of them were broken at one point. Even the mods broke the rules. Observe a typical topic in the forum:

Screen-Gems - it was run by a former member of a big comic book forum and she was a man-hating..human hating bitch there and an even worst one on SG. She joined my own forum, when we all migrated under the name Unstoppable Bitch. I lol'd and banned.

I joined a Sailor Moon forum just because I had to to download episodes for free. Only the episodes were shitty and english dubbed.
