Not that it was particularly terrible. It just didn't meet my expectations...at all. Both Spider-man 1 and 2 were better. The movie just seemed so rushed. The game wasn't much better, either. >_>

Man, a lot of you guys, especially LS, have shitty tastes in movies. If I had to pick a bad movie, it would be Click. Dumbest fucking movie. Especially because it went from being a comedy to a fucking drama in a fraction of a second. I came there to laugh with a few friends and bitches, not to come out with some bullshit lesson about something that anyone with half a brain would have known prior to watching the movie.

Lisa, can you explain how The Day After Tomorrow was "too patriotic?" I really don't where you're coming from, unless you just had to sneak that in your post somehow because you hate America.
Also, Sloth, a lot of those movies you listed were decent movies. You're just a rotten guy. The Harry Potter movies are mediocre, but the books were incredible. And, Click rules. I don't want to see Adam Sandler only play in half-assed comedies.

I hate slashers. Murder's never been my thing. I hate Harry Potter because it's stupid. That's all the reason I need.

I happen to enjoy different things. I don't have to watch a movie that "enlightening" or anything to enjoy it. I also like a few different types of films. Sure my taste in movies and games differ from yours, but I wouldn't say it sucks.

Click was an awesome movie. Complaining that it went from "comedy to drama" in an instant is a shitty complaint, since most comedies try to do that (fucking serious, watch almost any comedy movie and there will be that moment where everyone is in a slump) and this was one of the few to actually have an impact on the viewers. It's a good movie.
Unrelated, but what was that movie with George Clooney where he was working with terrorists or something? Is that any good? |
