A few tips for you man...

1) If the girl says something along the lines of "my phone is off" or anything of that nature leave it alone. Happened to me a long time ago and basically that was being used as a silly excuse for a long time. It's a stupid way of saying I don't want you to have my number.

2) Don't talk to the girl on the phone for long periods of time. This too I learned... If the girl will only talk to you on the phone then obviously she has something on the side or something in the way. Try to spend time with her in person. I was talking to this girl and she would never meet up with me or anything (how I met her...long story) but basically she was going out with someone and she kept fucking lying. Although I started analyzing the situation and pretty much figured it out until she was trapped like a rat and just let me know I wasted two months of my time talking to her. Believe me, it's not real if it's not in person. Talking on the phone is "almost" as unfruitful as talking on the Internet. You can't see her and you can't see her reaction, you also can't touch her. I will never again in my life talk to a girl for three or more hours on the phone, such a fucking waste dude. Either it's in person or it's not happening.

3) Sometimes it's best to be straight forward. Let her know you want her but you won't accept her games and let her know straight up like that so there is no misunderstanding. It's not just about her either, it takes two for a relationship to work. You must make decisions as well as her.

4) Analyze the situation clearly. Look at her body language as well as hearing her verbal language. Look her in the eyes, most of the time if a girl looks you in the eyes for a few minutes or if you can "lock eyes" then you can definitely talk to her, even if to no avail. You don't have to be superman in terms of confidence but you will need some. A good thing I hear women like is humor, try to find ways to make her laugh and she's sure to have a good time. Ask her what college she wants to go to and what type of job she wants in the future.

5) If a guy picks up the phone...just don't fucking call her again. >_>

6) Connect with her, let your mind connect with her mind. A cerebral connection is superior to any physical interlocking. Just find her out for who she is and don't worry about everything else. Things often hit you when you least expect it so do be prepared to expect the unexpected.

A lot of guys (in my high school and at my job) state women are even hornier than men, they are just very good at enshrouding their emotions so we cannot tell by looking at them. Remember folks, perception does not equal reality. It's a natural feeling to get horny and for most people..it isn't a controllable factor unless you have a lot of willpower. It's natural (even I tried to suppress it but it didn't work :( ) so obviously it's meant to be there for a reason. Otherwise the human race might reach terminus. A women (some...) keep most of everything within their complex mental capacities, so we'd never know how they feel. However, that can all change with the right chemistry. A lot of guys around here just want to get some and act like strays but of course they're not taking anything else into consideration.

Why not use my strategy? Like you said, if she says shes busy, you could either act like its not a big deal, or you could exaggerate your disapointment. "Noooo... my life is over..." shit like that, and make it sound sound slightly sarcastic. I don't know why exactly that works, but it does.

One good advice, don't show you really like her EVER! Girls don't like when it's too easy, that's why a lot of them are interested in guys who already have a girlfriend, it's because they know they can't have him. So don't fall for it, be patient and take your opportunities, don't act like she really has an influence on you, you're the male, it's up to you to take control.

What works for me is dating/be-friending multiple girls. I know this sounds ridiculous because you are working on just one girl at the moment and you seem to be in a bind.

First you have to drop your standards. If you have any preferences just forget them. (I'm not telling you to be a whore but to practice your "game" on girls that you honestly don't give a shit about) Approach girls you know or never met and start conversations with them. Be funny, spontaneous and say whatever is on your mind. Be their friend if anything and just hang out. Ask them to do harmless stuff like see a movie, go get coffee or take a walk in the park. Offer to pay for everything that way the girl you don't care for can't refuse. Once you start hanging out with these side girls(don't have to hook up with, but I suggest you find a girl you wouldn't mind hooking up with) your body will produce a pheromone that women are attracted to. Your confidence will be up 10 fold because you practiced on girls that don't effect you.

If you keep a girl or 2 on the side as a friend and she(the target girl) knows your friends with other girls it will make you that much more desirable. I find this technique to be the most effective when trying to land a girl I truly desire. The best way to get those girls is to practice on others without hurting any feelings or stringing anyone along.
