Numbers, my friend. Adolf Hitler slaughted 11,000,000 in 6 years. Josef Stalin slaughtered 20,000,000 in a few decades. Mao Zedong slaughtered 38,000,000 within a few decades. Per year, Adolf Hitler slaughtered the most. You're comparing an event which spanned over 6 years to ones that lastest decades. By all logic, Mao Zedong / Josef Slatin would be responsible for more deaths. They had years more than Adolf Hitler. Years. Lets do some math. Lets assume Adolf Hitler kept a constant amount of kills. If he had thirty years, the amount Zedong had, he would've taken out 55,000,000. How so? 30 / 6 = 5. Then, 5 x 11,000,000 = 55,000,000.

I think you guys are getting statistic-crazy by bringing Mao Zedong into this. There was a big difference between how Stalin ran things and how Mao ran things. Stalin used famine and starvation to wipe out thousands of people at a time who disagreed with his Soviet policies. Millions of people who lived in what is today Ukraine were depleted of food and systematically wiped out that way. Mao never reached such low standards; he certainly didn't run the country like he should've, but comparing Mao to Hitler and Stalin is a bit radical, if you ask me.

Also, I don't understand why you're surprised at ANB's lightly defending of Hitler, Island. The President of Iran says the Holocaust was exaggerated and doesn't think negatively of Adolf Hitler. I'm pretty sure ANB feels the same way, according to his posts in here.

As for genocides, why are we even trying to compare different leaders and their attempts at wiping entire civilizations off of the face of the earth? You say the Holocaust wasn't as bad as Stalin, but which one really hit home? You hear less stories about Stalin's KGB (Secret Police, that sounds great!) making folks disappear than you do about people being shoved into ovens, Jewish families being torn apart and seeing each other occasionally (and maybe not at all if, say, a certain family member wasn't considered healthy enough to exist inside the camp), the disgusting conditions, the sub-par food, and everything else that went on with the mistreatment of Jews.

This is like trying to compare a terrorist attack to another. "Well, now we don't consider the Oklahoma City Bombing all that bad since 9/11 happened!"

Edit Also, Kaio, I knew a kid who actually had nearly half of his brain removed for some reason. Went to a friend's church. That was one annoying and stubborn mother fucker and shares many similarities with you.
