It can only work in theory because you would need to leave the people with absolutely no other alternative, which is impossible to do without making it become some other 'ism.

I ask that no one reply to Jal. He'll just destroy this topic. Anyway, for some reason the singer, Ella, doesn't think we need a basist! WTF!? So now that guy Rhyan is gonna play backround guitar (never herd of it till now) instead of base! We don't have a base player and apparently we don't need one! WTF!? That is freaked up right there, I've never heard of a band without a basist!
