just like the title said, what are some things you have said that you wish you could have taken back or you know others wish they hadn't said to you.

first something I said the other day. "If it was any less then this, it would be done by now." (doesn't seem like much, but I was referring to gas as it filled up in my car.)

Now for the funny one. My dad once said to me "Do you think those oranges grow on trees!" (I had been eating them like a dog eats kibble)

This was a while ago, probably the eighth or ninth time I got high, I thought I was good enough to keep it in the street. This cop saw my friend acting stupid, and he asked us "what the hell is wrong with you kids?"
I returned with "I'm not at liberty to discuss it." He was sketched out, gave the appearance like he was about to ask us a lot questions, so we ran like Kenyans until we were out of sight.

This isn't really what I've said, but it's something I probably would say if I was in the situation. xD

So, my aunt and her friend were talking about dogs, and her friend's coming over for a bit, namely for the Ann Summers party. <_<;; ... and her friend asked whether she could bring her dog.

Aunt: Of course you can - Ruby's okay, as long as you don't bring any balls.
Friend: Does that mean I have to get a female dog, then ... ?
Aunt: ...
Aunt: Tennis balls.

C'mon. I would SO say that (the female dog part).
