I think the internet tests probably give the user a slightly higher result than they would truly get, to give them a sense of well-being and then recommend the site to others. Nikushimi maybe has something similar to what he said, since he seems to actually be able back up his talk.

And JAIF seems smarter than most, yet everyone else seems to have these ridiculously high IQ scores (I'm not saying anyone is lying, just these dodgy internet tests), and 134 in itself is extremely good. If I was being realistic, I'd say I was more around 130-135, rather than on the 140s that I got on teh internetz. Considering 100 is average, I'm pretty happy with that. But anyway, IQ doesn't equal how 'smart' someone is...also depends on your definition of smart. Some people have very high intelligence but have absolutely no common sense.

I lol when I hear people say, 'I got {insert high score}, but don't know if that's good or not?'...you know, man.

Where'd you take that mega-test, JAIF? Back in school? Or just for 'fun'?

Actually, I took it in a professional institute for career training. IQ tests and results was mostly an 'extra' - the test's real value was determining what jobs are potentially good for you, what kind of career you should pursue etc.

However, by scientific admittion, no 100% accurate IQ test has been made thus far, and is pretty unlikely to be ever made, because of the wildly fluctuating nature of intelligence itself as a concept that makes even defining it impossible.

And scientists don't like to admit they can't do something.

This will probably give everyone who flaunts their IQ values something to think about.

lol, thinking 9 questions could measure my intelligence isn't stupid, it makes me gullible. But those kinds of questions aren't even suitable for 50% of most people (especially because of the time).
