Batman Begins was pretty decent, compared to most of the previous titles.
So being so, Batman (although he is not "super") is my favorite superhero. But, if he were not included in the superhero category, Spiderman.

I think X-Men is probably my favorite team of Superheroes, ever. Solo, I'd probably give it to... Flash?

And villain is Magneto. The old X-Men cartoon Magneto.

The movie Magneto seemed much more sinister.

As for me, Spider Man is t3h win, followed by Batman and Ghost Rider.

Villains I generally like all of them.
