Hm. Same here, oddly enough.

I also bitch to LM and he understands enough to simply listen. He does the same to me too so...
Lol, fag.

When I'm stressed I usually sit down and think about why I'm stressed. I try to find a solution to the problem.

That or punch out the first guy I see. Either works fine...

With any kind of stress I just try to find a solution. To relax myself, I play video games all day or just bathe in hot water. Sometimes if the stress is extremely so much, I just you know, can't say it.*cough* sex with my gf. *cough* Its weird I know.

Why hasn't anyone mentioned MFG...???

I like to lift weights or train like MYstic Gohan because I then get angry at myself for not being strong enough and my anger never laughs long. In addition, my anger overrides all the other emotions so when it's gone, everything goes (like a draining system XD).

I also draw

And talk about the problem (If I know what it is!)

And play twister with your girl-friend.

Obviously MFG and it's SUPER SERIOUS, UBER INTENSE, and not to mention DRAMATIC politics causes stress. Lol

No, really, it's because of all the 'writing in caps'. Finger stress. Lol

My fingers hurt. TOO MUCH STRESS.

I write in caps too much. JESUS.

And I don't use the caps lock. That's for wimps.

I sleep when I'm stressed too, but that comes with the "fuck it all" attitude.

Sometimes I'll just go outside an chill with a drink. Other times I just do stuff I normally wouldn't do to try and change my mood. It helps put my mind on something different. Keeps me centered on something not related to the stress problem, and I regain the vitality I need to keep going.

I get a box of strong, thick tissues, a tube of lubrication and find a useful 'instruction video'...and clean the hell out of the pipes behind my radiator.

I can understand how it would work for you, but doing something like fixing things requires extreme patience on my part and would probably make my stress worse.

Activity-wise, I already mentioned weight-lifting. There is also randomly texting people who have no sense of humor.

Here's a fun one: Prank-calling people with the Broly audio on Budokai 3. So when some poor fool picks up the phone, they hear "I AM A GOOOOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!", or something of the sort.

Yeah...I was joking. Although fixing stuff can be quite relaxing, I have to admit, but only when it's going well.
