Google earth rocks you can see my house and land really nice and clear its because I live in London the satelite takes really high resolution shots of major cities.

If anyone is interested. Check out london, E47SA < thats the zip/postcode

That Postal Code thing is a little bit off. I tried my own house, it was about a block away. And why put the london code in when you can just put London... Its your house isnt it Goku? =D. Don't blame me if your computer and valuables are gone in the morning =P

Has anyone else noticed that example in N.Y the view is very sharper but then if you zoom into somewhere which isnt so much known place the view is just so bad that it is no use.

I remember a few months ago, my friend called me and told me about it. When I first got it, I was amazed about the things I could find, mainly my house as that was the first thing I searched for. Then after a few hours, I got bored of it and decided to delete it.

You can see the entire world. If that's boring, then nothing will satisfy you.

To be honest, all it does is give you a bird's eye view of the world so your not actually seeing anything.

Search for the Google Earth Community. One topic there has a group of placemarks with high resolution animals (seals by a shore, crowded hippos in mud (also, you can see vultures feeding on the dead ones)). Fun to look at.

I had it, then I got rid of it.

Because of big cities not near my house, therefore it showing only as a mixture of blurry colors... and also because it doesn't zoom enough to show the buildings accurately... always.

I checked out some random places, but I mostly concentrated on trying to get my house to show... but did it work? No.

Another useless program bites the dust.
