Well, seeing as Rivalry weekend has practically come and gone how did your team do against its rival?

Nebraska was a 2 Touchdown underdog against our long term rival Colorado. However, the Cornhuskers had something to prove and boy did they prove it with their 30-3 win in Boulder, Colorado.

The game was pretty much over during the middle of the third quater when we went up 27-3. Not to mention we had awesome ball control in the 4th quarter. We started out with the ball, and the next time Colorado saw it was with under 6 minutes left to play in the game.

The student section for Colorado had to be cleared out with about 7 minutes left in the game because they were throwing things on the field and a Referee almost was hit in the head with a water bottle. I feel Colorado for once played a fair game, it was their fans who were poor sports.

With this win the Big Red improved to 7-4 on the year, which is a big improvement for second year coach Bill Callahan, seeing as last years 5-6 record was the worst since 1968, and also ended the longest teams continous bowl trips with 36. "Restoring The Order" has begun!
