Soul Calibur III

Has anyone played it yet? I'll give my view's on it.

I was impressed with this game. I did'nt think i would like it this much.

Pro's

25-30 playable's (Plus 10 for the Create a Soul mode)
Solid gamplay
Good story
Hard story mode (I like a hard game)
Very good Custom char mode.
Lot's of unlockable's.
Fast gameplay

Con's
-----
Long learning curve (If you've never played a SC game before)
Hard story mode (Some might not like a hard game)
A bit unbalanced in the Damage and speed

Graphics = 9/10
Very nice. Run's smooth. And look's great.

Story = 9.5/10
A great story. And i can't wait for SC4

Gameplay = 9.5/10
Fast. And cool looking attack's. I was impressed.

Overall = 9/10
Well I would have given it a 10 but the unbalance problem's stopped that. Well worth the buy.

Yes. I have played these Soul Calibur games. I have played nomber 2 and 3 I would say number 3 is much better, better graphics fighting styles and all that yes this game realy took me to the next level of fighting serious.

I would say my favourite character Yunsong or whatever.

I am a very avid fighting game fan no joke and i can tell you this seris of game is one of the best.Last year me and my bro and two freinds got real far on team battle but lost at the tournment and lost when we just played by our slef but got pretty far my bro beat me

... anyway i reserved mine like years ahead its much better than number 2(I liked cailubur 1 much more than 2)Making your own character is very fun didnt thikn it was and thought you would have little to choose from but you have a nice amount.You really should get thins game gets a 9.8 from me.

EDIT:And when I found out you could play as Hawng agian a couple months ago I about peed my self.Cant wait to put Yunsoung in his place.

I heard it's more of an RPG-based style fighting game. If it is then I'll be sure to try it out. I'll probably still end up trying it, hell, maybe getting it for Christmas.

Sounds like a game that far surpasses the other 2. Running through the fight mode in 30 minutes (ahem, Soul Calibur 2) is just retarded.

I had thought about getting Soul Caliber III, until I heard some Bad Reviews about it. It's only $19.98 now though, so would it be worth the 20 bucks to go and get it?

I hated Soul Calibur II because it required no skill whatsoever but III is hard, fun and has some of the best characters of any game out there. Siegfried being the coolest followed by Mitsurugi.

Yeah, I can't wait to try this one out. Like I said before, all you needed to do in the second one was button mash quicker than your opponent could and you would win, no problems involved.

But I guess this one is supposed to involve ultra-uber combinations and stuff like that.
