Gaming what-ifs

Here's my ideas for what would happen, if some things happened in the gaming continuity of some games-

What if Dragonball Z got into the next-gen and got graphics like Final Fantasy 7's PS3 tech demonstration?

Answer: It would be cool to see a breath of fresh air. I mean, I'm not saying that the style of DBZ would change completely. I mean, this new game would be based on the DBZ movie that's coming out in 2007. It would be an action game, but without any suck.

What if Sega, Midway, Capcom, SNK, Namco, and Tecmo all met in a 3D fighting game crossover?

Answer: It would be cool to see Ryu from Street Fighter squaring off against Jin Kazama. I think that it would be a pretty cool game, having many frills about it and billions of features.

What if Hideo Kojima worked on the Twin Snakes again, and added what Windmill Still would like to see?

Answer - it'd be an actual good remake, like the Resident Evil remake. Rather than just the same thing with updated graphics and two or three special things you can do, you'd be busting some CQC ball kicking on the Alaskian Archipelago. There'd be many more areas to explore, and possibly extra run-ins with certain bosses, and much more vicious A.I..

The combat system would be much more updated, aside from just giving Snake CQC--a punch-punch-kick thing would be completely redefined by the weapons you have equipped, and different timings would link together to articulate different types of combinations.

Snake would have a knife here, too, just to have it.

Updating the hand-to-hand abilities of Snake would greatly improve the climactic battles you have, especially with Liquid and Gray Fox; it isn't fun to just slap B until you win (aside from throwing chaff grenades to get a single shot in on the Ninja).

The soundtrack would be restored to a more original sound, rather than the overhaul done, which smudged the MGS theme out of the game, except for one specific area when you came into an alert.

The ability to change uniforms would be accessible, but your cover on things would greatly depend on what you're against, rather than what you're wearing. A more Splinter Cell-like element, where the farther you are in the shadows, the less visible you are.

The ability to take enemy weapons into your own hands would probably be put in. It'd be interesting to run up on a soldier in the middle of an alert, and open fire on his comrades with his own gun before skipping away into a frozen-over meadow as you await the refreshment of the summer breeze to come.

Um what ifs...what ifs....what if they actually made a Sonic meets Mario game? All hell would break loose, that's what would happen.

Oooo good question.
If Aerith never died, chances are Meteor would have never been summoned as Aerith wouldn't have lost the White Materia. But if Aerith was alive, she wouldn't have been able to interact with the planet and summon the life force and life stream to banish the darkness that Sephiroth would have created.

Gordon would be a regular Joe. That is if the experiment never taken place at all, unless another scientist had done it then well Gordon probably wouldn't have the HEV suit so I guess he would have gotten killed.. unless he never gets hit by a bullet or a couple of shots. Oh and the scientist who did the experiment would probably get pwned by the head crabs or the opposing force.
