I agree with Twitch...
But I guess that's only cause they made a song named after my lil' ol city here in Washington. >.> My favorites are St. Jimmy and Longview...Du'huh. Their new music is lame. Stupid Greenday and their 'omg lez be gayz an set ar abum ot wen SOADaz do lawl' My Chemical Romance is better than any of Greenday's new generation. =/

Green Day
finally some sanctuary. their music is all the same, the whole genre is exactly the same, like some one said before, its all the same type of thing. talking about a fake girlfriend or one of their friends dying from drugs or something. its all the same green day is no different. KISS ROCKS! so does AC-DC.

Greenday are nothing close to being punk, they change their clothing style to a more gothic look just because everyone else does and punks always do what they want and not follow other people and their lyrics are nothing rebelious at all, mostly pop sensibilities. i wouldn't relate them to punk bands, i could easily relate them to boy bands, same story with blink 182 ,simple plan and most other sissy modern punk bands

Ha ha, Kult.
But Green Day isn't punk rock. Real punk rock bands don't win five awards at a MTV award show. Whatever, I don't even like punk rock. "Boulevard Of Broken Dreams", they say? What kind of dreams of their's are broken? They are in a band, they are successful, they have millions of dollars, I mean come on, what else do you want? There is thousands of bands out there that are better than don't get money like they do, and don't sing about "broken dreams." Green Day are sell outs and will never be welcomed in the decent music world again.
