I voted Budokai 3 because I have yet to see the budokai tenkaichi trailer.

Just from the Graphics I'll have to say DragonBall Z Tenkaichi Budokai will be the best. If that choice wasn't up there I would definately pick Budokai 1. For reasons I've stated in the past but don't feel like stating again.

I really don't think graphics mean squat compared to gameplay, but Sparking!/Tenkaichi has both. Out of those, I'd definately say Tenkaichi Budokai.
