Now, what really bugs me is that I go on these DB/Z/GT websites everyday of my life and all I see is that these websites say that Tien is the strongest human. And this makes me think, ok, so he is the strongest human, but then we have Uub and Majuub and for crying out loud, Tien has an eye in the middle of his fricken head... you call that human? The only reason I can see here is maybe he was born with a facial disfigurement or something crazy like that. But hey, then again, most of the wild life in DB/Z/GT can talk so anything is really possible I guess.

Well, I guess that I'm just curious if Tien is a human or not, because its not everyday you see a human being with an eye in the middle of his/her head and a hand puppet for a tag along.

i am fairly sure that he is human but it is common fact that the third eye was a sign of tien's enlightenment

Damn, I swear I saw a video clip of Tien as a baby. And yes, he still had that darn eye!

And if it is a sign of enlightenment then he probaly wasn't born with it.

And were in the hell did Chaotzu come from?

Tien is human, but not the strongest.... Uub IMO isn't really a human but he is i know, but he has got the dead buu's power as a request from Goku. Uub is human but not he's power there for not a real Human IMO.
Krillin is stronger than Tien that's it

The debate could go on-and-on!
Some people say Tien is stronger because he trained, but that isn't proven.
Most people think Krillin is because Yamcha say so...
Some other people think Tien is and Yamcha was only saying that to Krillin's daughter to make her feel better.
IMO, I don't really know, probably Krillin, but it could go on-and-on...

tien is stronger he could actually attack cell and have a chance to win unlike krillin i mean look at it this way tien trained for over 17 years krillin was a family man tien could kill krillin with ease

Ten used the Kikoho, which uses more energy than the user has. If Kuririn had the Kikoho, he could have done the same. And Kuririn is said to be the strongest human!
