Anyway, I'm sure I heard somewhere that Tien's third eyes is chakra from meditation and enlightenment. And we're getting off-topic by discussing whether Tien is Stronger than Krillin or not.

Besides, Krillin has no nose, but he's still human.

Have you ever thot that Tien is a human with deprived and sick parents? Becuz if you notice, that eye never blinks. His parents were probably drunk one night and took Tien to the tatoo parlor. Thats all.

It does close every once in a while. Sometimes when Tien is hit very hard, you can see that third eye blink. You have to be quick to see it sometimes.

Im pretty sure he is a human. Im not sure how he got the third eye though. I wish Akira would explain why he had a third eye.

SoNopOaS, Tien is a human indeed, but it was stated that Krillin was stronger then him, making Krillin the strongest human.

Guardian Zero: Toriyama stated in a Shonen Jump interview (issue 1) that Tien got his third eye as a result of meditation and such. Therefore, he did explain how Tien got his eye.
