Nappa would have a moustache as long as the distance from Earth to the Sun as SSJ 3. As SSJ the moustashe would be a little pointy.

Raditz would have SSJ 3- long hair as SSJ. As SSJ 3 he would have hair that reached from Earth to the other side of the galaxy.

The tails would be golden as SSJ. As SSJ 3 they would work as a shirt for them, just in case they forgot to put on one before travelling.

and radditz would have hair as double the size of nappas moustach (man all that hair would probly slow them down a lot)

They wouldn't get slow, they would be as strong as ever. The weight of the hair is nothing to them with their new powers. They would beat Goku easily, because of the power boost their hair gives them. That's why Raditz was stronger in the beginning of the series, I think. The question is though how they would look like fused. That's the question.

(Note: The hair thing and great powers are not for real)

About DBZ Goten's saying when he said Raditz would already look SSJ3 if he just went SSJ1 is what I was thinking before I came to this site.

Raditz's hair woud be a new cloud that would actually MAKE an ice age blocking the sun and and Nappa's beard+mustache would be bigger than Chris Kringle's!
