the end of the race. I liked it. i quote "Carl Edwards beat Jimmie Johnson and Greg Biffle off pit road during the final round of stops under caution, then made a last-lap pass of Johnson at the finish line for his first Nextel Cup victory in Sunday's Golden Corral 500." What a dramatic win. Idk why but i was happy johnson didn't win.

Crap I missed the race again today. The last race I won was the Daytona 500. So what place did Stewart finish?

Well, Stewart finished 17, and moved back to 7th in points. I'm not worried though because if he gets out of the top 10 he won't be out long. He has been in the top 10 ever since September 2003. And the woes continue for DEI although Jr. moved up 1 spot in points.

Gordon's 11th or 12th I believe..not sure but it's one of those two. What's up with all of last years contenders? Dale Jr is sitting back at 26th..matt kennseth is back at 31st...Jeremy mayfield is back in the 20's somewhere...oh well it's still pretty early

I think it's funny how Gordon won the Daytona 500 yet Stewart is ahead of him in points. I hope it stays that way also.

I think Gordon's luck is starting to run out. He hasn't been doing as well in the past 3 seasons as the previous seasons. And I couldn't be happier.

I totally agree with you, Rock. A person my Mom works with hates Tony Stewart, so she just loves pushing around the great success Tony's been having around. It is great to see how much Tony has improved. And the improvements couldn't have come at a better time for him.

I was gonna say "Hopefully Tony will win the Championship." but at the rate he's going he's practically already won it.

Well, now Stewart has won 4 out of the last 6 races, and now they are going to Watkins Glenn, where he won last year. I just hope he can keep this fire streak going the whole way to Homestead.

Anyway, he's won 66% of the last 6 races as The Rock pointed out and not only is that amazing in itself but he goes from being somewhere near #17 in the Point Standings to #1 by I think 75 points or something like that. Stewart will go all the way...BANK ON IT!
