Ok go to ifskinzone.net find a skin copy the CSS of that skin into your style sheets in your acp. YOu also might need to change the stuff in board wrapper to.

And for a banner, go to 'Images' in the Administrator Control Panel (Admin CP), then enter your image link in 'Logo'. Keep the extra HTML around the link, though.
