You can see the blog feature in action at Invision Power Services, assuming that you're a registered member there.
You can also look at this page for some screenshots. One of the goals of blogs is to help build more of a community. It's a place where you can say things about yourself that won't eventually "get old and die" like it does on the public forum. Features: -- "Blogs" link at the top of all forum pages, as well as a "My Blog" link if you've created your own blog -- Link to your blog from your profile page -- Blogs can be organized in groups, like how the forums are organized -- When you create a blog, you can specify the following options: -- Name -- Description -- Private blog? (only you can see it) -- Allow guests to view your blog? -- Enable the RSS feed link on your blog (for "syndication") -- You can specify what goes in several "content blocks" that are located on your blog page. The blocks can be located on the left or right side of the page, and you can specify the order that they appear, or whether they appear at all: -- Mini calendar -- Last 10 entries -- My blog links -- Last 10 comments -- "My Gallery Albums" for info on your photo gallery -- Custom content (can contain anything you want, including images) -- Other users can make comments on your blog, and you can have a forum-like conversation there that's more under your control than it would be in a public forum. |

The Blog package is $50, and the Gallery package is $65. |

OK, the "yes" votes clearly won.
The Blog module is now installed and working. See the following post for more info: http://anime.myfavoritegames.com/forum/ind...showtopic=14417 |
