Atari has a forum and they are discussing about what ideas should be brought forth for the next DBZ game. You should go and check it out, and if you see someone named "Demon_Gohan". That would be me . My ideas are awesome. But nevertheless you can check it out for yourself.

They are probably going to make an online dragonworld and an online Budokai tournament, mainly because I presented them with those ideas. And alot of the people on the community agree with me. I also said they should make character creation incase you wanna do somekind of creative thing and make your own female super saiyan. Plus team battles and futhermore a storyboard and the online adventure which I think I discussed already.

i hope there will be 2. i don't want saga'a and i just looked at the ideas and there are great look at this one. i don't credit for other peoples stuff so the credit's is brolli from atari forum.

I have all the Budokai games and I felt that part 3 was most impressive,but like all fans we sometimes feel certain area's can be tweaked. These are just some suggestions I thought of in my own time.
If anyone from the Atari company reads this then I will have truly gotten my wish and have someone from the company actually think about these idea's.

First I would say that each charactor should have not only an ultimate move but also a dragonrush finishing move like "vegeta" or "goku" or piccollo" had..and I thought of finishing moves for each character and also some new villains whom might appear

Goku: He should stay the same to be quite honest because he already has all the moves needed so I won't really say much for him here.

Vegeta: The same goes for Vegeta since he has everything he has ever done in the show already going for him in the game.

kid Gohan: now here I feel we can do more,he should be given an ultimate move where he would stare at the moon and become oozaru for a short time and do a like a 3 hit attack and finish it off with a mouth beam blast. His dragon rush ender can be like a flying superman type of attack where he launches himself at the enemy and covers himself in energy so he looks like a human fireball...it's a move that ocurred in the series when piccolo trained gohan and threw him at a mountain and gohan blew it up

teen Gohan: his ultimate is just fine as it is but his dragon rush ender can be with him charging up and doing his beat up scene from when he killed the cell juniors and this time end it with a small auto combo against regular cell

Adult Gohan: his super Kamehamha should be his dragon rush ender...his ultimate move should be like 6 hit combo,but not fast,instead show cinematic scenes from different directions of him hitting the opponent with such strong hard blows that the enemy looks like he is about to scream in pain....he does a similar move in the dbz legends game that came out for regular playstation and sega saturn

Krillin: his destructo Disk is fine as an ultimate but his dragon rush ender can be the move that he did when he fought the saibamen in the early part of the series where he runs and launches himself with a fireball off the ground and then splits them into 4 to hit the saibamen,in the game he splits them into 4 and they hit the enemy from 4 different directions showing them going from each side so you see all the angles

goten and trunks: yes I lumped them together because I feel they should do a combined ultimate move where they both go super sayian and do a tag team auto combo and end it with a combination fireball of kamehameha and buster cannon....the dragon rush does not need an ender for them since they don't have many moves.

yamcha: should have a dragonrush ender of him summoning a large wolf spirit and then doing a 12 hit auto combo with his hands and then ending it with a double slash attack like wolverine would,his ultimate is fine as is

Tien: should keep his ultimate move but add the dragonrush ender of which he would split into 2 and then they both do the flash attack and blind the opponent and do a combo attack at the same time towards the enemyand then it off by slamming him down and then a double fireball on the way down

P.S. bring back the yamcha/tien fushion

raditz: give him an ultimate move of him doing a small auto combo and ending it with that double kick he did to piccolo and goku when he first fought them...except this time to one charactor..his dragon rush ender could be of him using his scouter,laughing at the enemy's power level and then going into a taunting rage and attacking the enemy in another specific auto combo

Nappa: his ultimate move is fine as is but for the dragon rush ender he should fly at the enemy grab them and throw them to the ground and do a huge mouth energy blast

recoome: his ultimate move is fine as is but a dragon rush ender for him would be to do that recoome cannon but this time make it that it actually splits the land in half just like when he fought vegeta

Ginyu: his ultimate move is fine his dragon rush ender would be that he summons guese and burter the other ginyu force members and both speed around the enemy and both at the same time do multiple energy blasts from all area's like a hailstorm

freeza: now his ultimate move is fine as is but for a dragon rush ender you can make it that he uses his telekinesis to slam the enemy through three mountains,rocks,walls or any hard objects and then he forces them back to him and as they come back to him he does a super punch to hit that right back away

Dr. Gero: you can make it that his life drain move is a dragon rush ender and his new ultimate move would be him taunting the opponent into throwing a super strong energy blast and then he will put his hands up at the last minute and absorb the energy and become enraged and superstrong and let out a strong autocombo and end it with and energy wave

android 17: his ultimate move should be moved to a dragon rush ender...but his new ultimate move would be him android 18 and android 16 doing a three member attack pattern where all three attack at the same time and then slam the enemy down to the ground and then all 3 fly at the enemy head first to make like a giant bumrush head first slam

android 18: you can make it that her dragon rush ender is her and android 17 combining their powers by joining hands and doing an energy loop beam that hits the enemy on a 25 hit basis

android 16: his ultiamte is fine as is, his dragon rush ender should be where he does a running punch and then does rocket punch and engages in an autocombo and slams the enemy to the ground and then launches both rocket punches at the enemy right at him and has an explosive result

Cell jr.:he and another cell jr. can do a double kamehameha as an ultimate move.

Cell: His Dragon Rush ender can be of him doing his spirit bomb,but his new ultimate would be him doing that huge forcefield that he used but this time you can make it that he expands it to destroy also backround ,trees,houses,buildings,and then just completely knock the opponent out

Mr.Satan:his new dragon rush ender can be of him taking out a gun,using bombs,throwing marbles and then he realizes none of it works and just tricks the enemy with a boxing glove loaded with horseshoes and knocks the enemy out.

Videl: instead of just making it Gohan appear to save her she can make it that Gohan and MR. Satan appear and do a combo attack on the enemy...to spice it up

Bardock: well you can keep his ultimate move but his dragonrush ender should be like a souped up sayian attack where his muscle mass increases and does an autocombo...last minute rage attack

cooler: his super and dragonrush ender are fine as is but for his metal cooler version his ultimate move should be of the big ghetti star ship sending in just dozens and dozens of metal cooler clones running at the enemy in a massive bum rush attack

Brolly: now this one i tried to think of alot since he is my favorite charactor,his Ultimate is great as it is,but I feel it should be his dragon rush ender for his new ultimate he should start screaming kakarott's name and then go on an insane attack combo then launch the enemy to a wall....and here is the kicker,he then goes really beserk like he did in the first movie and he floats into the air charging up his KI and let's loose with exploding energy balls from his body hitting everywhere,especially where the enemy is.it's like a 2 part attack

future trunks: his ultimate move is just great,his dragon rush should be of him going his pumped up sayian mode and then do a kicking heavy influenced combo and end it with a a dive bomb attack with one fist right into the enemy's stomach

uub: his Dragon rush ender would be of him doing an auto combo and turning the enemy into candy with his head beam and then chewing them and spitting them back out,hygenically without looking to gross or obvious.then his ultimate move would be of him having flashbacks of all the forms that the old buu took" fat buu,super buu,kid buu...then it looks as if they all merge and join with him and he becomes glowing with pink energy and he does a three combo move one from each charactor,like fat buu he would throw a piece of rubbery skin and use it to wrap around the enemy to keep them in place,then use a super buu move where he did that energy attack of lifting one hand and shooting like streams of energy into the sky but at one enemy this time,and then end it as a kid buu move where he makes his hands stretch and punch the enemy out and then let out a huge vanishing ball attack

Fat Buu: his ultimate is fine as is,his dragon rush ender should be of his skin being throw and wrapping around the enemy and squeezing the enermy to death.

Super Buu: Does the absorption move as is, but his dragon rush ender is him doing the loud scream and literally knocking the enemy out with it

Kid Buu: his warp kamehameha should be his dragon rush ender but his ultimate his him sticking his foot into the ground doing the kicking combo and then letting out an energy blast of significant proportions

Dabura: his ultiamte is just fine but his dragon rush ender should be of him doing and auto combo and then spitting lightly on the enemy and turning them to stone

Kid Goku: his ultiamte is just fine but his dragonrush ender should be of him using his staff in a weapon related auto combo

omega shenron: I honestly don't know what to do with him

kibitoshin: summon the power of the kai's and do a massive energy attack

NEW CHARACTERS:

Super Android 17: machine gun autocombo would be ideal have no idea about what else

Bojack: super megabuster cannon attack,and dragon rush ender should be of him making his minions do that twine attack wrapping the enemy up making them bleed and then Bojack does a knockout punch to finish them off

fused android 13: have the fused androids do a major fireball attack and then an autocombo

janemba: his dragonrush would be of him doing his phase out move and then attack from different places kind of like an autocombo teleport attack,and then his ultimate would be a large fireball attack

I am glad that someone finally remembered Raditz but you could be a tad more creative than just him beating the crap out of them.


Ultimate=Raditz smiles at his opponent and warns..."Watch the birdy!" then he starts flickering all around them. During this they do the buttom press briefly. When he finally stands still his opponent flies and kicks at him just to find that it was another after image. The real Raditz slams his fist into their spine and kicks them into the air then he reappears in front of them and grabs them by the face, flies at the ground and slams them int it. The Saiyan warrior stands, still holding his helpless enemy, then he laughs and charges a deep blue blast right on their face and blasts, sending out a massive and powerful explosion!
If the win against your ultimate, than Raditz just grabs and blasts.

Dragon Rush=Raditz hits them into the ground then lands on their face with his feet. Then he hops off of them, pick them up and shouts "PULL!!!" he then hurles his enemy and follows them with 3 Saturday Crushes.

I'll admit the Dragon Rush isn't too great but I love the ultimate.

They really should make counters instead of unsuccessful finishes. Because after all the single hand father-son Kamehameha is nothing more than a counter to Cell's Super Kamehameha.

great idea for Raddiz. Its a real shame they didn't give him an ultimate move for Budokai 3. But if you build him up, he can be really strong.

Thanks. I know he can be strong. I've got him at lvl 99. His Dragon Rush will kill most enemies.

Raditz is freaking awesome, he's Goku's evil brother. Thats pretty much Inu Yasha. An evil older brother and all.

And no what you are saying with just not get put into an ultimate makes the game just plain out boring.

Countering is cool. Especially if you want to actually relive Gohan doing the one handed father-son Kamehameha.

Or any countering you see, like between Frieza and Goku. And Goku and Vegeta.

Vegeta should have a super Galick Gun attack, because Goku used is attack to counter it from the ground, while Vegeta was a good mile or so in the atmosphere.

Crispy Bacon

In final bout the countering is alot better than the countering in B3 where you have less than 10 secs to rotate the analog sticks but in Final bout you have about 30 secs and you press the energy button rapidly.
