Why cant you use fusions in tournament mode

Ok guys im way too lazy to look over all topics,so could you please tell me why you cant use use fusions in tournaments and DU modes.

You can use em in duel,DA,and Cell games

Dragon Arena..

Cell games is a world tournament mode, but no ring outs

you get DA(Dragon Arena) after beating everyones DU(Dragon Universe) with all 11 playable DU characters

In DU, it would not make sense to fuse out of story because that messes with the plot itself.

In Tournament, its because your not allowed to be aided by an outside fighter...fusing is aiding.

Its just basically following the truths behind each Mode, I don't think it sucks because its realistic. There are alternatives to both modes where you can use Fusion (DA for DU, Cell Games for World Tournament) so I prefer the stories remain unskewered by unrealistic Capsules.

Yea maybe you're right,but dont you wish Gogeta had a longer story.And i never really got the DA,tell me is it worth beating everyone's DU just so you can get DA

You can train people who don't have a DU

and you can unllock items..and saibamen and cell jrs

Yeah I can see how the fusions can mess up the storyline, though how is being able to go Ssj4 against other characters any different...

Ssj4 Goku -vs- Raditz
Ssj4 Vegeta -vs- Frieza

It still messes with the storyline, not to mention making the game really easy...

Like...

Raditz : Goku you are too weak, you can never defeat me and save your son!
Goku : Give me my son!

*goes Ssj4*
Raditz : WTF!?!

breakthrough is an unrealistic capsule because when you are playing as goku in DU it is just:
ssj4, 10xkamehameha, bang then dead.

Another reason you cant use fusion in tournament mode is because like if youre goku fighting vegeta,how could you use the gogeta capsule?
