Well, I've only heard "Seven Nation Army".
Good song, don't know much else about them. They are pretty crappy live.

Well, I've seen them once on TV, I guess it was the Grammy Awards or something .. And the singer just had an ugly half-acoustic guitar with a horrible-sounding overdrive on it. His voice also sounded terrible. (If you meant the bad live-thing)

I don't really like them, they're kinda....I don't know it just sounds like he's constantly smacking the guitar. Lol you probably don't get what I'm saying, I like constant music, not all broken up. lol I don't think anyone will understand me.
