it will forever be a mystery. ratchet with his millions of destructive weapons that take donw things 50 times his size,has a beautifull ship that can kick your ass, has high powered titanium armor, he has a wrench that breaks stuff. gravity boots, grapple beam, and all that stuff. jak has light and dark powers. he has vechicles. he has guns. he is a from the desert. he is tuff. beat up ppl since he was a kid. is insane and has a hoverboard.

Look guys, Jak would win easily because of his time freezing power alone, that's all he needs. It doesn't matter how great or how many weapons Ratchet has, if Jak can freeze time, it's all useless. All he needs to do is freeze time, then run over to Ratchet while he's frozen and kick the crap out of him and shoot him and it's over. That's what would happen if Jak and Ratchet were to fight, Jak would win easily.
