Well, you see...I can't give you just numbers, but I can tell who could win and by how much of a margin.

If we where fighting this on Netural Grounds with both universes thrown into one then it would look something like this:

Goku vs. Superman: (Pre-crisis Supes - Goku would stomp new supes )Well...both can destroy planets/galaxies with ease...

Both can tumble a building with one physical punches.

Goku has energy blasts which is equivalent to Supers Eye Lasers...

Because where throwing away the DBZ power levels and using the DC "power chart" Goku has the advantage and the win.

Simple reason is, yes, Supes can pummel Goku if he got his hands on him, I've never really seen Superman take a full force blast of energy and actually get back up (One full forced blast from Parallax would Kill Superman...flat out kill him...and yes, this is Pre-Crisis Supes too ^^") Goku has the win. Especially if Goku was able to get off a Kamehame Ha...

Winner: Goku
Margin of Win: Not by too much really...

The Flash vs. Gohan: LOL No, this is Post-Crisis Flash.

Flash, hands down. I'm sorry, this battle makes me laugh. The Flash would be running circles around Gohan, pummeling him as he does so (As Flash is a notch below the Speed of Light, an no DBZ character can even remotely reach the Speed of Light; physical wise. Goku can exceed (was it exceed or match?) speed of light with IT) Flash would simply wear Gohan down by using his remarkable speed and cause him severe injury by pummelling him as he runs.

Flash, hands down people.

Vegeta vs. Green Lantern:

As much as I'd hate to admit this, yes, Vegeta will win. Yes, Green Lantern is one powerful mofo and could probably turn Vegeta into ant if he had the chance, Vegeta is rutheless and he would pummel Lantern before he got much of a chance.

The first thing Vegeat would do is piss Lantern off with one his sarcastic comments, zanzoken behind Lantern and completely tear him apart with a Final Flash.

Yes, any Green Lantern can survive an all out, point-blank, head on shot from Parallax (Except Kyle...Parallax would incinerate Kyle...Kyle's ring don't protect him from mortal harm ) But the DBZ energy blasts are far more concentrated then Parallax's, it would tear them apart...sort of.

It wouldn't kill the Green Lanterns, but they would still substain significant bodily damage. Vegeta would just finish the Lantern off with a second shot. :S

Winner: Vegeta
Margin: A lot

Parallax vs. DBZ: LOL This is arrogance, but to be dead honest with you...Parallax would own the DBZ cast.

Even if their energy attacks are more concentrated, Parallax's power is far, far above any of the DBZ Characters. The shields Parallax uses it designed to with stand high amounts of damage at once (Yeah, its more or less the reason he didn't IMMEDIATELY FRY upon entering the sun :S)

Parallax can redirect energy
He can recreate universes
He can annihilate universes
He can PAUSE TIME (Yes, you heard me right. Parallax can physically pause the universe. This means he do whatever he wants with the DBZ crew)

Ok...anyone catching my drift? Parallax, hands down. End of Story.

I could do more, but not in the mood, and just showing you it is possible.

That was cool Janenba, but I think the DBZ fighters would beat Parrallax given the power of the Dragonballs and the ability to wish Parrallax's power away... the DBZ fighters might have a chance? "Might" is the key word here...

No, sorry, the dragon can't wish Parallax's powers away. That is beyond the Dragon's powers.

Say the Dragon did have the ability, Parallax isn't stupid. He monitors the foes he's going up against and chances are...when he see's a giant dragon pop out of 7 flashing, golden spheres, he's gonna wonder what's up.

Say they wished the dragon to wish away Parallax's powers, he'd simply stop time and erase the dragon from existance.

Then proceed to punish the DBZ crew

Superman and Flash had a race around the world, Flash and Superman tied in the race. I didn't read the comic, but my brother talks about it all the time.

Was thinking before 1980, I guess since DBZ came out later than that nevermind. Probably go by the time periods so Flash would win Superman would lose. Though Goku could just blow up the sun or instant transmission away from one and he would own Superman like crap.

i am a big dbz fan too. but hell no. the z warriors will get there asses kicked. unless on of them could move when parrallex freezes time. Well....yeah...after Pre-Crisis, DC no longer held its rule over the Comic world. Pre-Crisis was set out to redesign the DC World. Well, the did it a little too good...they weakened them so much, even DBZ can beat them now :S

I dissagree with that.

Remember that Superman can hold up a building with ease. SS4 Goku had to strain. Superman's strength advantage is supreme.

Superman can circle the planet Earth and change the very gravitational spin of the Earth. Gotenks is the only 1 I've seen doing that and he couldn't move the planet.

Superman's also a genious. Let's face it, Goku an idiot.

Interesting but wrong. The Flash is super fast. NOT strong. While speed gives you a great power boost, I'm afraid Flash can't even break through a brick wall. Gohan can send people through mountains. I'm afraid that while it would be extremely hard for Gohan to catch the Flash, the only thing the Flash can do is run, and he would get run down eventually.
