Xbox Live HELP plz

WHen i try and make a new account for xbox live (my 1st account i jsut got xbox live)

It sais: Could not connect to xbox live. Do you want to trouble shoot Your network connection.

Then when i do the trouble shoot it sais i have to type my DNS addresses but i cannot find what my DNS addresses air if you know where to find then plz tell me it also sais these things

Cable connected
IP not confirmed
DNS not resolved
Xbox live not found

and i checked xbox.com it jsut confused me

I did not make a account i cant make one thats wut it sais when i click make new account
