I have never played it but I have always wanted to. It playes like Secret of Evermore.

Oh, now that I consider it most of you probably started getting into games when Playstation was out... It's on SNES (Super Nintendo). It's about 3 people that have to save the world from someone thats stealing the mana from the planet, which is basically the planets lifeforce. There are weapons and spells, which you can level up and make them deal more dmg and do special things. It was the first mutiplayer RPG of more than 2 people, also being able to do different things at the same time.

no its real time so u can move around and attach and dodge it has a dog that helps u out. i heard that the second player could control the dog.

Thats Secret of Evermore heh, their on the same concept though... just different story. As far as I could find the dog couldn't be controlled, that was a good game too though.
