The admins look for people that don't have a lot of spam posts for mod positions and maybe for admin positions, also i'm member 42, i joined later then like Genred3 or Goku'stheman

Maybe not on enough, I think he had or still does have a job of telemarketer. I also have a job it's just setting up a gynastics room, Every Tuesday and Thurdsay (day before Friday).
