you cant benift off of them only when you are required or can be required are you but no tournement and no times freely in the storyline

U cant use Majin Vegeta in story mode either.

I would rather use fusion in the Tournament but they fucked up.

if they did you use in a tourney then it would be cheating unless you went in a fusion b4 the match. and if you had both ppl required on z story then you should be able to fuse. so if you choose vegeta as an ally then you should be able to make vegitto

Oh come on , they let u use the big bang attack in the world tournament , they should let u do fusion atleast.

Even the spirit bomb , it would hurt atleast front row seat spectators.

boo hoo who cares they paid for those seats (unless they arrived early and dont have to pay) but they should be ready for attacks that could do alot of damage. besides those attacks are from there body not an item and using another guy.
