I'd hit arms so that he couldn't shoot, then feet to immobilize him, then walk out of stealh, crotch, let him experience the pain, then kill him off with the eye..

no way the best character from that game is mewtwo. call me crazy but in super smash bros. melee the best character is mewtwo.
