Is Wii actually worth it? - Page 3

Mario Kart isnt meant to be all that good. I've got a Wii, it's alright - Truthfully i play my 360 FAR MORE - but its a fun console if you've got a few friends over.

Try getting Wario Ware, its VERY childish. I think on the box it says its for 4 year olds. But some of the games are so silly and stupid its fun. Great to get a good laugh out of it! :D.

Plus, you can get them cheap now - round by me anyway - i saw one in the shop for 60 - 70 pounds. So its not exactly burning a hole in you're pocket. :P

I lol at playing LoZ over and over again. Great game, but I never finished it :(

All in all.. I don't think it's worth buying. I bought mine on release and it's done pretty much nothing for me. But then again, I'm not exactly a hardcore gamer per say. My little brother enjoys it, so if you have kids it's a good alternative to the more expensive hardware.

If you think you'll keep at it, then go for it, I haven't played mine since like... February, and the next time it's getting played is Brawl's release. [Fuck you, Nintendo of Europe] So yeah, get if you really think you'll get the most out of it. Or just buy it anyway and use it as a paperweight at work if you never play it. Show off how you splash your cash about with a £180 paperweight.

My grandmother has a wii and everyone loves it...except for me and my grandfather that is - i had to set it up for her when she bought it so i had to have a game to try it out, i hated it lol and my grandpa still hasnt had a try, he just looks at it with disgust as he sips his beer! Honestly though i just dont see the attraction, i much prefer my XBox360.

WTF! you've only ever played on my wii and i don't have mario strikers so you can't enjoy it because you've never played it and you didn't like MP3 corruption because you could'nt control it. The only games i've brought round and you enjoyed are M+S at the olympics, GH3 and wario ware.

Something like that... Basically, just make sure you have one of the other consoles before you get the Wii.
