Things are looking good for Detroit right now. If they can win either one games in Denver, Colorado is in bad situation. Yes, we've seen these comebacks where some team wins the series after being down 3-1. But against Detroit... unlikely.
Ohh yeah! Go Flyers!

Whoa... o_O Colorado didn't have a chance there.
Well, it was excepted. I found it quite suprising that Colorado beated Minnesota at the first round. And if we don't see any of those miracle comebacks, we already have other conference final teams. East Montreal - Philadelphia 1-3 Pittsburgh - NY 3-1 West Detroit - Colorado 4-0 San Jose - Dallas 2-3 (it was 0-3) Btw, hockey's world championship started yesterday in Canada. Though it's never been big event in North America ('cause it's always been held at Europe before this year and NHL's playoffs are running at the same time), this year it should get some media attention. At least in Canada. So do you follow it, and who do you think will win gold this year?

Back to the actual topic; Philadelphia won and advanced to the conference finals last night. Their last season was horribe (56 points), but it's past now. They've played great play-offs so far and who kows; they could even improve their game even more. If they can beat Pittsburgh (or NY), tables are set for suprise.

So Finland will get another central attacker, supposing that Koivu won't call quits.
I'm also disappointed with Dallas screwing around in their series with San Jose. I don't like where this is going, this could mean that Dallas will get eliminated by San Jose. And that would rather suck.

Switching out Hasek for Osgood was a smart move on the Wings part. And how bout that Franzen, a hat trick against Colorado. Awesome!

The first one was a homer vote because Montreal was 4-0 against Philly this season. I thought the experience on the Rangers roster would help them get rid of Pittsburgh. They have talent, offense, defense and a solid goalie, but it just seems Pittsburgh as way too much talent for anyone in the league. I want to see them take the cup.
