Trivium's vocalist used to fucking scream 24/7 until he stopped because the vocalist from AX7 got throat cancer. lol.

I like Arch Enemy, Angela Gossow's vocals are scary as hell though and Bodom are ok, too.

On May 6th, I'm going to see As Blood Runs Black, Stick to Your Guns, and Winds of Plague. It's been so long since I've been to a show. Looking forward to causing some bloody noses.

As Blood Runs Black is amazing. "My Fears Have Become Phobias" is their best song besides "The Brighter Side of Suffering".

Screamo...SUCKS, im sorry, i dont class it as metal, its a sub-genre of emo hence scrEMO, but seriously, Thrash and Prog metal, wins all the time, Testament,Metallica (even if kirks shit playing ruins hetfields singing), Slayer, Megadeth, (New) BMFV (Matt Tuck is such a better singer than screamer), Symphony X, Rush, Dream Theater.

basically anything that aint Bring me the Hairspray, lol

You've apparently never heard Disturbed then. The lead singer can do things with his voice I've never heard anyone do before. I agree, there are some screamo bands out there who can arguably even call themselves singers, but most of the time, the lyrics aren't fully screamed through the whole song. There is "singing" too, but most of it is done with a deep rolling "demonically posessed" voice.

I'm mostly into rock, but I do listen to metal too. Linkin Park can also somewhat be called "screamo", or as they prefer "Rap Metal" because of the rap and metal components that merge to become a single kind of music. Their newer Album is more soft though, there isn't as much screaming and rapping, making it a more mature style of music. Their newer CD definitely isn't as popular as their earlier ones of Hybrid Theory or Meteora, but I think it's their best sounding music to date. I takes on a more rock feel, and as a result, is easier to listen to for a wider range of people.
