I love you Ichigo.
I love this freaking series man. I really really do. It's my favourtie game(s) of all time and I want so badly for their' to be a straight 3rd gae. None of the MMORPG only nonsense. I rented this game on a whim and under the advise of someone and thought I'd give it a go. I became addicted instantly and did not come out of my room. Thankfully Christmas was just around the corner and I made it clear in not so subtle ways that I wanted this game. Christmas came and I got KOTOR I and I did not leave my room, except to let people know I was alive and to get the dinner!! Foood! Anyway I love every aspect of this game. The story is a major part of the appeal. Being Revan is amazing (don't worry I'm not loosing my grip on reality). You're amnesia ridden history, you're bonds with the characters, your power and the legend that is you is just awesome. I love the characters, especially the crew of the Ebon Hawk. I think I liked the crew of KOTOR I slightly more than the second game. There was a genuine family feel about it, if you leave out the possibility of getting it on with Carth or Bastila. I love the dialogue and how you get a different option, reaction and chance several times. I love that you can choose to be bad or good and for the most part I can't bring myself to be bad more than once. Gonna shut up now for a minute. But yeah I'm an obssessed freak about KOTOR.

Mmmm... Bastila... the fact that she's female Shepard only heightens her sex appeal =D

It's not IMO the worst sequel ever, nowhere near,it's an amazing game. But I'm a fangirl XD
I think it's just a fraction less made of the same awesomness as KOTOR I. They (Obsidian) apparently had a rushed job and for a rushed job they did some fine work. The story was still deep, though I think alot of people were peeved that the big twists...wasn't a big twist. Even Kreia says in the game something along the lines off "There is no great revelation, no shocking twist..." ect. They added a new feature with the influence which opened up characters more and let you delve deeper into their interesting pasts. The romances weren't exactly what they were in the first game either. You never got a defining moment of "hmm we're going to hook up". Kreia is one of the coolest characters I've come across and a great addition, plus the connection to Revan keeps the overall story neatly together. KOTOR II also had one of the best scores ever. When the Exile finally finds out 'the truth' as she returns to the Jedi Enclave and Kreia is sitting in the courtyard, the music that plays is breathtaking. I do hope that if we get a 3rd game that we get to play Revan again and more options and diversity, similiar to Mass Effect, are optional.

It was so dead. I didn't mind the first time playing it but it could of been a bit more lively.

Even the first time I found it boring. Although... I haven't played through KoToR II yet (or I, oddly =/). Maybe I should.

I think my anticipation was so high that the whole thing was magnificent in my eyes.
I think what made it boring was the lengths youhad to go to to get out of the station. It got a little bit better on the Sith commandered Republicship and then really kicked off on Telos.

Telos was bloody good. It wasn't anywhere near as desolate as Paragus.
