KotOR I and II are my favorite games of all time as well, the replayability (Is that a word?) of them was amazing; you could go through and beat them over and over, and never have the exact same results.

Ever since I got my new computer, I haven't been able to play either I or II, and it's really annoying. I meet all the requirements, my video card doesn't meet the recommended, but it's better than the recommended one, and yet I'm still not able to properly run the game. Whenever I start the first level, I'll take a few steps, and then the room will turn shaded black/dark green, the character will freeze in place, and then dart around the room (Similar to lag). I've downloaded updates and all that, but it still never works. If anyone has any advice for how to fix that, I'd really appreciate it...if not, oh well. Definitely an amazing game.

For me, for both games 10/10.
To differ between KOTOR I and II, I'f give it a percentage rating. 100% KOTOR I and 98% for KOTOR II.

Remember I'm in love with this game so anyone that disagrees is fine to do so, I just will plug my ears and go la la la la la la. X)

I love these games purely for the Star Wars factor, which I've kinda lost now. I really couldn't immerse myself in the world at all today, so I'm not too fond of it at the moment.

*Sigh* Now I really want to play that game again, ya'll are making me jealous. I'd personally rate the first one about 98% perfect, and then second one 97%; the first one was made better, but the second one was more exciting to play through.

It sounds like maybe your disc is messed up. Id return the game if I could or email consumer relation ect. Can you get the game changed for another copy? Or is it too late now?

It's not the disc, because neither I nor II work on my computer, but yet using the same discs I was able to play it on other pcs. I've tried torrenting the play cd, but even with that I get the same problems.
