Either that or it'll be an abomination. There's a lot of hype surrounding that game, and wherever there's hype, there's disappointment. It would kinda be like if they ever got things together long enough to create Knights of the Old Republic 3. It doesn't matter how awesomely earth-shattering that game is, there's gonna be a bunch of assholes who hate it just because it doesn't live up to their idea of what the game should be.

Finished The Bourne Conspiracy (rented) the other day, not playing anything else just yet. Soul Calibur IV is out in the UK in a few days, may check it out.

Blizzard have their work cut out... I haven't heard of D3 being announced, but I know SC2 is on the way, and another WoW expansion. They have registered the website Diablo III I've heard, but it could be a red herring

EDIT: Okay, that website looks frikkin' awesome.

Madness, you've got a point, Dark Knight did trump expectations, and they had a lot going against them, like Jack Nicholson's performance. But this is Batman we're talking about.

Like I said, I really hope Diablo III turns out to be awesome. From what I've seen, it's certainly shaping up to be an epic game. But still, the fear that they'll fuck it up is still there...
