GTA 10/10 Game, I dont think so.

^know I dont agree with everything this column says since I think the Cell phone is a GREAT new feature and wish more games had it. But Is GTA IV a Perfect game, thats what 10/10 means. No, is this game ANY different than GTA 3??? No its go to point a, watch a Cut scene, go kill someone, then lose the cops. Some of you may say, but doesnt Zelda and other games do this too??? Some do, but they at least change the environment enough where it feels new (not saying Zelda is better than GTA just using it as an example).

The game is Great, it has good voice acting, funny TV shows/Radio, good characters , is a LONG game, and is one if not the best Sandbox EVER.

But is it the most fun game you have ever played? Super Smash for me was more fun (not saying its better) Same with No More Heroes and NMH was just the same missions over and over again but the bosses where so funny and cool I wanted to beat the game (and I did twice)

So what do you guys think, is this the best game ever? Is it perfect? Better than Super Smash, Zelda OOT, or Resident Evil 4???

If you don't think it's perfect tell us what's wrong. Gamefaqs pointed out flaws but it still got 10 points due to having an overwhelming amount of success over those slight flaws. Much development went into this game, they deserve 10 points.

No game is ever going to be perfect, hell no. However I have to say that its improved a hell of alot of things that the previous installments messed up. Yeh alot of missions are repetitive, but there is enough variety to keep me coming back for more.
All the things that I used to find extremely tedious in other GTAs [such as girlfriends or taxi missions] I enjoy a hell of a lot more in GTA4. Hell I stayed up til 3 in the morning last night just doing drug runs for LJ and pissing around in the Police Cruisers.

Graphics a great. Gameplay is great. Longevity is great. Sound is great.
I cant think of much else you would grade a game on.

This game was that hyped, it was obvious that someone was going to give it a perfect score. Its not the first time it has happened.

Agreed. I played it at a friend's house, and I though, "hey, this is pretty fun. About as fun as Grand Theft Auto III!" Granted, Grand Theft Auto III was an awesome, solid game, but it's getting repetitive now.

Online games are really fun, though.

9.8/10 and here is why

Positive
• Incredible environment. Hits home for me since I live in NJ and work in Manhattan
• Amazing AI
• Well developed story and in depth character development
• Tons of extra stuff to keep you occupied for hours upon hours, from side missions to watching television, to playing games or just listening to the radio while drunk driving
• Online offers a whole new experience to the world of GTA
• Plenty of awesome game types and options to keep online multiplayer new and refreshing for well more than a years worth addictive gaming
• Online rank up feature is great along with unlocking new player models can provide much more purpose to rank other than being the best
• Graphics and gameplay are smooth
• Excellent soundtrack
• More interactive buildings plus the take cover feature is a nice addition
• Playing online, inviting friends, taking pictures, calling friends/girlfriends or even calling a player on the opposing team to make fun of him make the cell phone an incredible feature.
• The stunts(unique jumps) are just as fun in this game as they where in the last
• New Race modes are tons of fun. Driving drunk is hilarious

Negative
• No more swimming underwater, riding bicycles and working out annoyed me
• Auto-Aim online makes ranked matches annoying
• The driving while trying to be realistic can be hard to get used to
• The roll feature gets you killed easier than it helps dodging bullets
• Paying the bridge toll can be frustrating
• No tanks at 6 stars anymore (I miss the tanks)
• What good is a bus if it can only hold 4 friends??
• You can't customize the main character as much you could in San Andreas

And lol no, it surely doesn't beat Resident Evil 4

I played it, and among GTA's Vice City still stands on top, with GTA III behind and GTA IV behind.

i agree with most of the points except the customizing characters like SA it wa spointless also if you don't like the Auto-Aim online make sure to play game sthat have it set to off (thats what i do.... and i never had played a game with it set to on...)

Your saying you never once entered a GTA online game where the host switched auto-aim to allow a second before starting the match!! It's happened to me 3 times now. It's annoying because the match will be starting and everyone is just complaining!

If it was so bad it would not be getting a 10/10 on websites that judge fairly and strictly. It's a damn good game and I say that without even playing it. My uncles love it and for it's funny story line and the fun game play it attains greatness. I can't hate on it at all but I do like the games a lot so maybe I'm biased.

Join games without auto-aim
Nah, driving's extremely easy.
If you're good it helps a helluva lot
Just skip the toll.
Tanks were fun, but not totally necessary.

Who cares about customizing, if I want a MMORPG, I'll play some gay MMORPG

I find this game incredible, I don't even play the missions, I just run around and cause havoc. It's still incredibley incredible.
