upgrade your headquarters so you can build some barracks so that you can train some soldiers.

Upgrade your warehouse so you can store more supplies.

Upgrade your farm so you can have more people to turn into soldiers.

Upgrade your Timber/Clay/ Iron places so you can get more supplies.

Should I be building anything in particular? Noblemen? Soldiers? Or should I focus more on my farming. I figure that we should have a resevoir of supplies for the higher ranking villages? Since I'm so lowly. =[

I've been doing that too. I have an abandoned village that I've been tapping as often as I can. Not that there is anyone too threating near me anyway, though.
