I can't imagine this game being online, although it would be interesting, with the plasmid abilities, but I feel that it is a very 'personal' game, if you get my meaning

It's the sort of game you need to play alone to enjoy properly, to get immersed in it

Also, the shooting mechanic is crap, which doesn't bode well for an online shooter

Online mode would be just for fun. It wouldn't be anything too serious just basic modes.

How about an online Co-Op? Dont know how that would work with the story though. But it would be fun.

It would be possible to make it work, and if they released an update to play it online on 360, then I'd play it, but to me, the point of playing an online shooter is because using the weapons is good fun...in Bioshock the weapons aren't that good to use, the plasmids would spice things up a bit though, to see how other people utilise them

I see the meat of this game as the plot, art direction, characters and environment, all of which aren't that important when you're simply running around trying to shoot your mates

Thats why I said co-op. It would work better.

I am fine with it being offline only. I dont mind offline games. Never bothered me.

In terms of storyline it would be screwed, and the atmosphere of the game is lonely, being with another person would make it a different game

But if co-op was just a bolt-on, and you just ignored the story it would be good fun
