i have played all MGS games except 4 since i don't own a PS3 but i hope the rumors of a release on 360 next year are true.

Eh, it depends on your style really. They are great games, no doubt there, but the gameplay isn't as general as the games you mentioned.

Also, Bulma and TEZ, please don't spam up one of the only threads I enjoy posting in regularly.

Edit: Penguin: MGS4 will never appear on Microsoft's console. The game filled up a dual-sided Blu-Ray disc. How many standard DVDs do you think that would take?

I don't think the multiplayer on MGS is as fun as Gears or Halo. You can't really touch the multiplayer on Gears, Halo or even COD for that matter!

MGS is much better story and substance wise... but multiplayer, no way.

Yeah I admit tthat in multiplayer MGS isn't the strongest but its still very fun.

Halo 3's campaign was pretty shitty to me. But the multiplayers alright.
Gears I actually really like the campaign, though not as good as MGS's. And it has a fun multiplayer.

i never really got into Gears multiplayer but well Halo 3 is a different matter i havn't played any other game's multiplayer seriously since Halo 3 came out well maybe COD for a week before i got bored and traded it in =/
