Not at all. I'm saying that most people dislike Halo 3 because it isn't everything they expected and more. It's a game you need to try out for yourself, and I definitely don't regret purchasing it.

The Xbox 360 has dropped, I believe twice, in price now. Wiith the release of Gears of War 2 this November, it isn't at all crazy to believe Microsoft would drop it again.

Don't consider this a console war, either. Lol. I'm fully aware of both sides of the equation. I'm going to have to wait in line for my PlayStation 3 come June 12th.

It won't be useless. Not everyone went out and brought the slim PS2 when it came out, big PS2s where still selling.

Oh, I thought that was the new Xbox, not just a slim version of the original. Never mind, then.

However, if the new Xbox comes out in 2010, then I won't have to worry. It'll become "buyable" in later 2011. Why? Let me explain, using the highest selling consoles ever:

1. The Playstation 2; the best selling console ever, ironically enough, probably had the worst year out of any of these consoles. Name one great game that came out for it in 2000.

2. The Playstation; Again, name one memorable and great game that came out on it in 1994.

3. NES; Nope, nothing, not even Super Mario Bros. That didn't come out until 1985, 2 years after it's release.

4. SNES; Super Mario World, maybe?

5. N64; Super Mario 64, that's about it.

Can't see the new Xbox breaking this rule, either. So, it should be a good three years I'll have my Xbox 360 without worrying that it'll become obsolete. That's good to know.

That's what I'm thinking right now, actually. While I like shooters, Gears of War looks a little boring, monotonous, and repetitive. However, I'm still going to try it, just not as eagerly as the Halo series and Mass Effect.

Thank god, because that's the last thing I want to happen.

Anyway, here are my games so far:

DEFINITE BUYS:

UNDER CONSIDERATION:

1. Gears of War

2. Fable 2

3. Lost Odyssey

4. Too Human

5. Call of Duty 4 (only rented it for the PS3, and I want to buy it eventually, but there was hardly any rooms for death match sometimes in the PS3 version, maybe the 360 version will fix that)

I never have a problem finding a match on Call of Duty no matter what type of match.
